Can teams log in to the same account from multiple computers at a time?
Yes, multiple computers can log on to the same account and do signups from different computers.
What happens when a linked team tries to sign up for a event?
When a team signs up for a event, then all linked teams in the event's division(s) will be signed up for that event as well. If the event is not , then only the selected team will be signed up.
As an example, a head coach manages three teams: two Division B, and one Division C.
  1. Signing up for a Division B event with 2 spots left.

    Both Division B teams will be signed up for the event, and 0 spots will remain.

  2. Signing up for a Division B event with 1 spot left.

    Cannot sign up for the event. Since the coach manages 2 Division B teams, there must be at least 2 open spots to sign up.

  3. Signing up for a Division B/C event with 4 spots left.

    Both Division B teams and the Division C team will be signed up for the event; 1 spot will remain afterwards.

  4. Signing up for a Division B/C event with 2 spots left.

    Cannot sign up for the event. Since the coach manages 2 Division B teams and 1 Division C team, there must be at least 3 open spots to sign up.

How do I sign up only some of my teams for a event?
If there are enough spots for all your teams, you can sign up all your teams first, then drop the teams that won't be participating in the event. If there are not enough spots for all your teams, only the admin can sign up some of your teams.
